Cancellation Policy

SERVICES AGREEMENT SUMMARY IAMZIYAH, LLC agrees to provide the photography/videography services outlined in this Agreement at a location and date determined between Provider and Client. Full payment is due by 5/10/26 unless otherwise stated. Initial payments are considered non-refundable retainers and compensate Provider for reserving the project date and declining other work. CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES: • IAMZIYAH, LLC is the exclusive media provider for the agreed services. • No additional photographers/videographers providing similar services are permitted without written approval. COPYRIGHT & USAGE: All media created remains the intellectual property of IAMZIYAH, LLC under U.S. Copyright Law. Clients receive a non-exclusive license for personal use, including social media and personal promotional use, with proper attribution where applicable. PROMOTIONAL RELEASE: Client grants IAMZIYAH, LLC permission to use captured and AI-enhanced media for portfolio, promotional, educational, advertising, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. ARTISTIC RELEASE: Client understands IAMZIYAH, LLC maintains creative control and artistic discretion throughout the project. While reasonable requests will be considered, final editing and presentation style remain at Provider’s discretion. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Provider liability shall not exceed the total amount paid under this Agreement. In the event of media loss, refunds will be issued proportionally based on services completed. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING: Retainers are non-refundable. Client cancellations, no-shows, delays, or rescheduling requests do not relieve payment obligations unless otherwise agreed in writing. FORCE MAJEURE: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or inability to perform caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, emergencies, or acts of terrorism. SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Client agrees to provide a safe and professional environment for Provider and crew. IAMZIYAH, LLC reserves the right to stop services if unsafe, threatening, or harassing conditions occur. GENERAL TERMS: This Agreement is governed by applicable state law and represents the full understanding between both parties. Any amendments must be made in writing.
