Booking Policy

At the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date and time. Your session fee deposit can be made in the form of credit card via via Square. Appointments made without a deposit may not be honored and are subject to cancellation.

Sessions must be paid in full prior to shoot date or immediately upon arrival via cash or credit card. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client tardiness.

Booking online DOES NOT guarantee or confirm your slot. Before solidifying your booking, you will be contacted about payment in order secure your desired date and time.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make your session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. 72 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required in order to credit the deposit towards a future session. In the case of inclement weather, payment is valid up to 6 months. The photographer reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations or no show / no call. 

If the Photographer cannot honor this contract due to illness or an emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in mail or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the product, refunds are not applicable in the instance of "artistic differences", rentals or permanent purchases for production, staff payments, or once the final product has been delivered and is available for download. Partial refunds can be given, but only in the instance of failure to meet a specific deadline due to the fault of us, but not applicable if the deadline is missed due to repeated back and forth with the client.
